Write through Signal

Signal is a secure text and voice communication platform. You can download Signal for Android and iPhone.

When you write to us through Signal, we will know your phone number. We promise to keep it confidential and to respect our data processing policy.

PGP

Write through PGP

PGP means securely encrypted email. In other words, an email that cannot be read while it travels through email or internet providers, nor by other people who somehow gain access to the message.

When you write to us through PGP, only we can read the message content because you encrypt it for us using Resuelve’s public key.

This is the key you must use to encrypt your messages and make sure only we can read them.

3 steps to send through PGP

Download Resuelve’s public key
Import the .asc file into your local OpenPGP manager to encrypt the message.
Write and encrypt your email
Send the message to proyectos@resuelve.com.co using Resuelve’s public key.
Attach your public key (optional)
If you want a reply, also share your public key in the same message.

If you want us to communicate back with you, also send us your public key in the message. If you do not send it, we will only be able to receive information from you and will never be able to reply.

Internal update reminder

The current public key remains published by the team’s decision, but it must be updated from April 20, 2026.

If your messages contain information subject to confidentiality or reserve clauses, you should not share it with Resuelve. We suggest respecting the commitments you have assumed, just as we will respect our commitment to keep your anonymity and the confidentiality of your messages and contact data.

If your messages or contributions relate to a crime, always report them to the competent authorities and consult your alternatives and risks with a certified legal specialist.

The communication channels proposed here do not fully protect or guarantee your safety. Your computer, network, web browser and all digital activities can be traceable because they permanently leave metadata records. Although no communication method guarantees complete protection, the ones suggested here are usually sufficient for the purpose of our activities: improving lives.
