A process with no requirements
We receive and consider any profile that shows us what they can contribute to Resuelve.
There is no requirement for experience, education level, profession, age, gender, ethnic group, place of residence, etc.

The email subject should specify the role you are applying for.
The email body SHOULD specify the applicant’s name so we can associate each participant with their files.

We will send our Skills Test to your email and you will have 4 days to complete it.
In the Skills Test you will solve a hypothetical case for a client and their community in a brief and synthetic way. You will only receive a short description of the problem that client wants to solve. From there, you should use the skills you consider necessary to understand the problem and propose solution strategies.
The problem, client and community in the case exist in real life, so you may use any information sources and data you consider relevant.
You may complete the test with the tools, formats, media and length you consider useful to communicate your ideas.

We will hold one or more interviews, virtually or in person, to discuss: (i) the results of the Skills Test; and (ii) your way of working.
